We will start at the very beginning and build adding essential poses every week. We will break down postures and sequences, learn some Sanskrit names and how to breathe, so when ready to jump in, the knowledge base is there !

This is for those that have ALREADY COMPLETED the 1st Beginners 6 week series or or for those seasoned practitioners who want to review and expand their knowledge . In this 6 week workshop, we will go even deeper into philosophy, pranayama, and asana, using props and more! Your good attitude & beginners 1.0 knowledge is a prerequisite !
